our sprints at a glance
We develop the nubicon agile according to Scrum. This means that we define sprints in advance and which functions we will implement in the following 6-8 weeks. Here you can read which sprints we have already completed and which ones we are currently working on.
Sprint 17
05. Februar 2024 bis 30. April 2024

Noch im ersten Quartal erhält nubicon mehrere Batches, die die regelmäßige Aktualisierung der Zeiterfassungsdaten automatisieren. Das Urlaubsmodul wird nochmals überarbeitet und die Berechnung verbessert, sodass hinterlegter Urlaub verrechnet und im Monatsreport entsprechend ausgewiesen.
Die Zugriffsrechte werden spezifiziert, sodass Mitarbeitende über den persönlichen Online-Zugang auch Monatsjournale abrufen können, ohne weitere Rechte für nubicon zu haben (z.B. Online buchen).
Im Bereich Zutrittskontrolle werden die Funktionen von elektronischen Schließzylindern und Drückern mit Funktverbindung erweitert.
Sprint 16

Zum Jahresende widmen wir uns dem Genehmigungswesen, über das Buchungsanträge online gestellt und von verantwortlichen Personen bearbeitet werden können. Das bedeutet, dass ab 2024 Workflows über eine Hierarchiestufe im Unternehmen abgebildet und z.B. Urlaubsanträge digital abgewickelt werden können.
In diesem Zug wird auch die Rechtevergabe in nubicon überarbeitet, damit Kunden genau entscheiden können, welche Rechte die Mitarbeitenden in der Verwendung der nubicon Software erhalten.
Zusätzlich beginnen wir mit der Entwicklung unserer Exportschnittstelle, damit relevante Daten zukünftig an andere Systeme (z.B. Datev) übergeben werden können. Die Schnittstelle wird flexibel konzipiert, das bedeutet, dass Kunden nicht darauf angewiesen sind, dass nubicon eine passende Schnittstelle bereitstellt, denn diese können die Kunden auch selbstständig einpflegen.

Mit Sprint 15 wird eine Planungs- und Korrekturübersicht aktiviert, der Abwesenheiten und Buchungsfehler auf einen Blick entnommen werden können und zusammenhängende Abwesenheiten direkt verbucht werden kann.
Sprint 14
09. Mai 2023 bis 19. Juni 2023

Der vierzehnte Sprint soll nun auch die Möglichkeit schaffen, bei einem Umstiegt auf nubicon Daten von einem Fremdsystem zu importieren. Zudem werden Kontobuchungen mithilfe von Regeln automatisierbar. Um die (bundes-)landübergreifende Arbeit zu ermöglichen, werden Kalender Personen zuordbar, sodass unterschiedliche Feiertage für Mitarbeitende einer Firma aktiviert werden können.

With the thirteenth sprint, we are dedicating ourselves intensively to the recording options and evaluations in time recording. Different booking types should be displayed and changes should be visible and traceable at any time. The recorded data should be made analyzable in the nubicon software, thus creating the possibility of using the company data for individual evaluations.
